I took part in their annual fundraiser to send kids to camp, the camp has both a U.S. Board of Trustees as well as a local Costa Rican board to help facility both U.S. moneys and CR. The US team put together an amazing night of food, vision casting, and celebrating the last 10 years of Camp. I helped with everything from the setup to the tear down to making sure the food tasted just right. All in all we raised $35k towards our goal of $100k to help send thousands of kids and bring them closer to Jesus.

La Montana Christian Camp
La Montaña Christian Camp is a 700-acre cloud forest property bordering the Tilaran Mountain Range, 75 miles north of the capital city of San José. This awesome property was donated to LAMA in 1998 in order to develop a state-of-the-art camping facility that would attract youth from all over Latin America. The camp motto is: ADVENTURES THAT IMPACT YOUR LIFE. And that is what God is doing! They intend to expand their camping ministry, affecting thousands of more kids for Christ throughout Latin America.
